Pay range scale: $18 per hour

The purpose of the Senior Games Supervisor is to provide first level supervision and operational support to an assigned area within the games department.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Lead and direct team of part-time staff during shift; plan and assign daily tasks, and assignments.*

Provide hands-on training, coaching, leadership, and instruction to game team members.*

Manage inventory levels and procedures by assisting with placing and pulling orders from the warehouse for skill games, cranes, and redemption, unloading and transporting deliveries, and ensuring employees are following the correct standard operating procedures with specific regards to prize redemption.*

Communicate with the area manager on any staffing or other issues.*

Provide first line support to guests with issues or concerns. Escalate guest concerns as needed.*

Assist in seasonal event set-ups and other themed projects as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of related experience.

Industry Experience – Amusement Park, Hospitality/Tourism

Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

18 years of age or older.

Completion of high school or GED
