5 Keys of success
- Work ethic. Always put your best effort into everything you do. Work ethic is getting the job done no matter what it takes. Going the extra mile to excel at a task or project.
- Be a Leader. Take the initiative to lead and don’t be afraid to take the advice of those you are leading. Inspire others to achieve a common goal.
- Be a Team Player. The power of teamwork is underestimated. Be a part of a team and don’t let that team down. Work well with others; communicate effectively, collaborate, and support others.
- Be Respectful. Show consideration and regard for others. Be respectful to your loved ones, and especially be respectful to yourself. Remember that respect is earned, not given.
- Take Pride in Your Work: No matter how small the task or accomplishment is, take pride in it. Have a sense of ownership and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
