Job Description:

Mt. Lou San, a Christian bible camp in the heart of Harrisburg, runs a 5 week Summer Camp for children aged 5-18. Campers stay on property for five nights and are fed in the dining hall for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Food Service Manager is responsible for preparing and serving cafeteria style, pre-planned meals with operational staff for Mt. Lou San’s summer campers. This individual needs to be task oriented, punctual and understand the importance of safe food handling procedures. Food preparation, serving of meals and clean up of the kitchen are all important aspects of this job.
