Department Overview
The Social Studies Department at Dauphin County Technical School is dedicated to developing within each student the ability to make informed and reasoned decisions as responsible citizens who are capable of contributing to the welfare of a culturally diverse, democratic society in an interdependent world. A variety of social studies courses are offered at DCTS, in order to meet social studies graduation requirements, students are required to complete 3 credits of social studies.
