How to Access PowerSchool Forms

Desktop

• Visit DCTS.org.
• 
• Hover cursor over the white “Parents” tab located near the top of the page.
• 
• Click “PowerSchool”
• Sign in to PowerSchool using student or parent login.
• 
• Click on the “Forms” tab located at the left side of the page.
• 
• 

Mobile

• Visit DCTS.org.
• 
• Click the three line icon in the top left corner of the page to open the navigation menu.
• 
• Select the “Parents” dropdown.
• 
• Click “PowerSchool”
• Sign in to PowerSchool using student or parent login.
• 
• Click the tab on the left edge of the page containing a small triangle.
• 
• Click the forms tab.
• 
• Complete forms listed.
