Student Help Desk & New Device Pickup

August 10, 2020

Dear Parents and Students:
The IT Department at Dauphin County Technical School is committed to providing the most
up-to-date functional technology to all students and staff. The utilization of technology in the classroom, program of study areas, and at home is critical in this pandemic time of remote learning and social distancing. As we prepare for the 2020-2021 school year, the IT department will hold “Help Desk” hours beginning August 17, 2020.
Students and/or parents may bring DCTech issued devices to the school for repair as follows:

In-person Help Desk:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Report to the front office with the DCTech issued device and ask for the IT Department. Someone will assist you from there. A mask must be worn when entering the school.
  • After-hours assistance can be arranged by calling the helpdesk for scheduling.

For Assistance by Phone:
