Mr. James E. Britton is a Certified Public Accountant with Mack Gerberich & Associates, PC.  He has 32 years combined experience in public accounting and private industry.  He earned his B.S. degree from Clarion University.  His memberships include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Rotary Club of Colonial Park – Past President & Past Treasurer.

Raegan Camuso earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and has been employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for more than twenty-five years. Mrs. Camuso has several years of experience managing federal and state funding appropriations, grant writing and program monitoring. She has served on the Board of Directors for National, as well as, Local Non-Profit Organizations. Mrs. Camuso is married with two sons. Her oldest is enrolled in the Building Construction Technology Program at DCTS. Her younger son is in Middle School and plans to apply to DCTS his 8th grade year. Mrs. Camuso enjoys volunteering, traveling and spending time with her family.

Mr. Adam Dawson was a SharePoint Consultant at Collective Intelligence, Inc. as well as the Web Development teacher and Information Technology Director of DCTS for several years. Mr. Dawson currently works as the Information Technology Director for York County Career Technology Center. Mr. Dawson graduated from Penn State University in 2009 with a Bachelors in Information Sciences and Technology.
Michael Ferguson photo Michael Ferguson

Michael Ferguson is an attorney with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. He previously was in private practice an also served as an assistant district attorney in both Cumberland and Dauphin counties. He started his working career as a juvenile probation officer with Dauphin County. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law.  He previously served on the DCTS Joint Operating Committee and the Susquehanna Township School Board. He resides in Susquehanna Township with his wife and two children.

Brian Foster owns and operates, with his wife Renee, Picture Perfect Productions and 3P LTD located in Hummelstown, PA. Picture Perfect Productions is a photography studio and 3P LTD is a book publisher specializing in yearbook production. Brian also services as President of the Hummelstown Borough Council and oversees all borough committees. He and his wife have two sons: Bryce, a graduate from Bloomsburg University with a BS in Biology and Brennen, who is currently in his second year at Bloomsburg University.

Charlie Gipe is a graduate of Dauphin County Technical, class of 1976 from the Culinary Arts program. Over the years he has made a career of the Culinary Arts and is now a Trustee of the DCTS Education Foundation, using his skills to help raise money for both the foundation’s scholarship fund and the school improvement program. He is an instrumental part of many events, helping to allow current students the opportunities he had as a Dauphin County Technical School graduate.

Mrs. Lori Ribbans is a 1979 graduate of Dauphin County Technical School and is employed at the school as a Career and Technical Facilitator. Upon graduation from DCTS, she attended Gettysburg College majoring in Political Science with a minor in Economics. While an entrepreneur and political appointee, she earned a M.Ed. in Adult Education from Penn State University. She later earned another B.A. in education with a teaching certificate in Social Studies from Wilson College and began teaching at DCTS. Mrs. Ribbans also earned a teaching certification and M.Ed. in Special Education.

Mrs. Besselman is a Principal and the Director of Interior Design & Human Resources with Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates Architects in Mechanicsburg, PA. She is a graduate of Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School and earned a degree in Interior Design from Bradley Academy.   Tracy resides in Mechanicsburg with her husband David and their three children.

Heather Steavens-Jones is the owner of Central PA’s family operated ALL-IN INSULATION & SPOUTING. Heather and her husband Nicholas Harbison started their company so they could change the insulation industry one person, family and home/business at a time. Heather and her family transplanted from Erie, PA in 2000 and she has 20 years purchasing experience. Heather obtained her B.S. and MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.

Heather donates her time to many local organizations including Shalom House. She knits, attends LIFE CENTER, plays with their two boxers LEO & BLESSINGS & is a self proclaimed legend in Texas Hold-Em tournaments. Heather is humbled to be the 2017 Colonial Park New Rotarian of the Year. She also the 2017 Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg’s Chilli Cook Off Champion. Her greatest accomplishments are her three children Eric, Kyra and Jamie who is a senior at DCTS in the Masonry program.

Kate Greene Webb has worked in outside sales for the last 20 years. The last 10 years was spent at Clipper Magazine selling advertising in the Lancaster market. She is currently renovating an apartment complex in the Hershey area. She is a graduate of Harrisburg Academy and has a BS in Finance from Hood College. She has 2 boys, her oldest is a freshman at DCTS and a 7th grader in the Lower Dauphin School District. Kate enjoys spending time with her 2 active boys and traveling.
Maria Zaharick photo Maria Zaharick

Miss Maria J. Zaharick joined the staff at Dauphin County Technical School as Business Administrator in January 2002. She started her career at the Harrisburg office KPMG, LLP in October 1997 as an Assistant Accountant and also served a Supervising Senior Accountant for the firm. Miss Zaharick received her Master’s Degree in School Business Leadership from Wilkes University in 2009, Bachelor’s Degree from Shippensburg University in 1997 and her Certified Public Accountant license in October 2000.
