Outdoor Equipment Technology 2- Advanced Small Engine Repair
The Outdoor Equipment Technology – Advanced Small Engine Repair class builds on the entry-level class, Small Engine Repair where adult learners learn basics of repair and tune-up of gasoline, four stroke and two stroke engines. This next-level class will focus on engine disassembly and reassembly. Included is the use of micrometers, precision measuring equipment and the use of torque wrenches.

Registration and fee deadline is one week prior to the first class. Individuals are not considered registered with DCTS until payment is made and a completed application is submitted to the Adult & Continuing Education Office.
Students are encouraged to bring in their equipment with prior approval by the instructor. Parts needed for repair or tune-ups are not included in the course and therefore are the responsibility of the student.
Adult learners must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
