Outdoor Equipment Technology 2- Advanced Small Engine Repair

mowerThe Outdoor Equipment Technology – Advanced Small Engine Repair class builds on the entry-level class, Small Engine Repair where adult learners learn basics of repair and tune-up of gasoline, four stroke and two stroke engines. This next-level class will focus on engine disassembly and reassembly. Included is the use of micrometers, precision measuring equipment and the use of torque wrenches.

Dates:March 8, 10, 15, 17 & 22, 2021 (MON & WED)

Time:  5:30PM - 8:30PM

Total: 15 Hours

Cost $250 (We accept Cash, Checks, Visa & MasterCard)

Registration and fee deadline is one week prior to the first class. Individuals are not considered registered with DCTS until payment is made and a completed application is submitted to the Adult & Continuing Education Office.

Students are encouraged to bring in their equipment with prior approval by the instructor. Parts needed for repair or tune-ups are not included in the course and therefore are the responsibility of the student. 

Adult learners must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
