The Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning industry is a very in-demand career field for both installation mechanics and repair technicians.  This is a competency-based program taught in the classroom and in the shop with plenty of hands-on experiences.  Students will learn the fundamental skills necessary to break into the HVAC work force at an entry-level, right from high school or will be prepared to attend a 2-year post-secondary college.  This field will lead to better wages and job placement.  The HVAC-R program also prepares the students to do well in trade evaluations such as NOCTI and also through the S.O.A.R. program gives the student college credits.  Finally this program offers every student a chance to study, test and become EPA 608 certified.
