The math department at Dauphin County Technical School has developed a set of courses that prepare students to think and reason mathematically with the skills needed to be both career and college ready.  Courses offered by the math department include: Introduction to Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Honors Geometry, Algebra 2, Honors Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus A &B, Honors Pre-Calculus, Transitions to College Math, Statistics, Financial Math and AP Calculus.  Students at DCTS are required to successfully complete four math courses in order to be eligible to graduate.  In addition, beginning with the class of 2017, students are required to score proficient on the Algebra 1 Keystone or successfully complete the Algebra 1 Project Based Assessment.
