A Message from the Principal

Dear DCTS Community:

Thank you for reviewing our school website. As a comprehensive career and technology center, we, as a learning community, have a tremendous amount of program offerings for both students and adults. Secondary students, in grades 9-12, could benefit from attending DCTS to participate in our rigorous academic instruction and one of our 25 Programs of Study. Students that leave DCTS earn both high school diplomas and certifications in their Program of Study. In addition, students can earn college credits through College in the High School Program (CIH), dual enrollment status, and Students Occupational and Academic Ready (SOAR).  We are proud of programs that are taught by qualified instructors who have educational and industrial experience.

If you are an adult, we have a full range of continuing education programs. We encourage you to visit the adult education link on our website for more information and contact information. Courses are continuing to change to meet the needs of our local community and adult learners.

If you would have any questions regarding DCTS, please contact us at any time. Our learning community is driven to provide an education that prepares our students to be college and career ready. Our teachers, staff, and administration are committed to our mission, which is to prepare students to enter post-secondary education and industry with the attitude, skills, and knowledge necessary to be successful in a constantly changing and competitive world.  We thank you for visiting our website and please contact us for information.

With Wolverine Pride,
