Ralph Miller, Maintenance Team LeaderIt is the Maintenance and Operations Department's objective to provide sanitary facilities that are educationally enriching for our students, staff, and communities. We also strive to support the needs of our staff to better enable them to operate our career / technical and academic educational programs.

The Maintenance and Operations Department is responsible for the upkeep of the entire campus. Some of these responsibilities include janitorial services, mowing, snow removal, electrical and plumbing projects, building structural maintenance, and preventative maintenance planning. The department works to keep contracting costs down by performing as much maintenance "in-house" as possible.

The department is on duty from 6:00am until 11:30PM Monday through Friday.
