WELDERS - Our Welder’s must have 6 months experience in functions related to making, fabricating and/or welding of parts or assemblies or possess certification from an AWS (American Welding Society) approved program. This includes manual or robotic MIG, TIG, and gas welding; and brazing of thin gauge tube & pipe. The individual must successfully pass the hands-on skills assessment tests.
MATERIAL HANDLERS – Our Material Handlers are the back bone of our operation. They play an integral part in our production process and ensure that every person has exactly what they need, when then need it! We are looking for people who have experience with material handling. This could be in a packaging or mail room environment, or it could be a shipping/receiving dock or even at a rail yard. Previous fork lift experience is not required however, if you have it please let us know ASAP! Yoh’s flexible Worker must have High School Diploma, OR GED, OR one year work experience OR, a Manufacturing Skills Standard Certification (MSSC).
GENERAL ASSEMBLY – Our General Assemblers are the ones who assemble people’s dreams. This is a production environment working on a state of the art assembly line. You will be trained in various positions and various roles making dreams happen! Any type of production experience, manufacturing or assembly experience is extremely helpful but not required. We will train those with the right attitudes but, if you have this type of experience, please let us know immediately! CNC MACHINISTS – Our production technicians will set up and operate CNC equipment such as lathes, grinders, and machining centers. Perform gauging, offsets, change-overs, etc. Applicant must have three years of verifiable CNC machining experience and pass the Harley-Davidson machinist test.
Direct Care Worker - Workers needed to assist adults in daily living skills, appropriate social behavior, recreational and leisure skills, develop peer relationships, and promotes community awareness and involvement. This position will focus on encouraging participants to become as independent as possible in all aspects of their daily living skills, which enhances their quality of life.
