Kimberly Arthur-Tressler is Vice President and Director of Trust Services at Mid Penn Bank in Harrisburg, PA.  Ms. Arthur-Tressler is a graduate of Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School and has a BA from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.  She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Banking Association’s Central Atlantic School of Trust, the American Banker’s Association National Trust School and the American Banker’s Association National Graduate Trust School.  Ms. Arthur-Tressler is well versed in trust administration, investments, operations and fiduciary and personal income taxation as well.

Britton is a Certified Public Accountant with Mack Gerberich & Associates, PC.  He has 32 years combined experience in public accounting and private industry.  He earned his B.S. degree from Clarion University.  His memberships include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Rotary Club of Colonial Park – Past President & Past Treasurer.

Raegan Camuso earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and has been employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for more than twenty-five years. Mrs. Camuso has several years of experience managing federal and state funding appropriations, grant writing and program monitoring. She has served on the Board of Directors for National, as well as, Local Non-Profit Organizations. Mrs. Camuso is married with two sons. Her oldest is enrolled in the Building Construction Technology Program at DCTS. Her younger son is in Middle School and plans to apply to DCTS his 8th grade year. Mrs. Camuso enjoys volunteering, traveling and spending time with her family.

Adam Dawson photo Adam Dawson

Adam Dawson is the Web Development and Design Instructor at Dauphin County Technical School. He previously was a SharePoint Consultant at Collective Intelligence, Inc. Mr. Dawson graduated from Penn State University in 2009 with a Bachelors in Information Sciences and Technology. He was employed by Dauphin County Technical School from 2009 to 2012 as the Desktop Technician, where he became the administrative advisor of the schools robotics team, Normality Zero. Mr. Dawson continues to work with Normality Zero as the Head Mentor. In his spare time, Adam enjoys hanging out with his dog, Reggie.

Michael Ferguson is an attorney with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. He previously was in private practice an also served as an assistant district attorney in both Cumberland and Dauphin counties. He started his working career as a juvenile probation officer with Dauphin County. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law.  He previously served on the DCTS Joint Operating Committee and the Susquehanna Township School Board. He resides in Susquehanna Township with his wife and two children.

Grimm Peggy Grimm

Dr. Peggy Grimm joined the staff at Dauphin County Technical School in July, 2007 as the high school principal. She began her career in education as a long-term substitute at DCTS in 1986. In 1988, Dr. Grimm was employed by the Central Dauphin School District as an art teacher, primarily at East and Central Dauphin High Schools. After receiving her Master's Degree in School Administration (2003) from Temple University, she became an assistant principal at Big Spring High School. Dr. Grimm earned her Doctorate of Education in 2009 from Widener University. After serving as the DCTS high school principal from 2007-2012, Dr. Grimm was appointed as Assistant Director in August 2012 and Administrative Director in May 2013.

Tyler is a junior at DCTS in the Criminal Justice/Police Science program of study. His home school is Central Dauphin. Tyler participates in many extracurricular activities including, Skills USA and Robotics. He currently holds the position of President at the DCTS SkillsUSA 2017-2018 chapter and is running for SkillsUSA State Office. His plan after graduation is to attend HACC’s Criminal Justice program and advance his study in History and English.

Kern Barbra Kern

Barbara A. Kern is currently a substitute teacher at DCTS. She retired from DCTS in 2013 after working as a Learning Support English Teacher. Mrs. Kern graduated from Shippensburg University where she earned her B.S. in Elementary Education and Master’s Degree in Special Education. She has previously taught in the Steelton-Highspire, Middletown, and Lower Dauphin School Districts. Mrs. Kern is the mother of two children and grandmother of two grandsons. She resides in Derry Township with her husband.

Joseph S. Lindsey, a 1970 graduate of Middletown Area High School, has served as a Magisterial District Judge in Lower Paxton Township since 1994.  He is a retired Lower Paxton Township Police Officer.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of Colonial Park and the Special Court Judges Association of Pennsylvania, serving as Past President of both affiliations.

Mrs. Lori Ribbans is a 1979 graduate of Dauphin County Technical School and is employed at the school as a Vocational Facilitator. Upon graduation from DCTS, she attended Gettysburg College majoring in Political Science with a minor in Economics. While an entrepreneur and political appointee, she earned a M.Ed. in Adult Education from Penn State University. She later earned another B.A. in education with a teaching certificate in Social Studies from Wilson College and began teaching at DCTS. Mrs. Ribbans also earned a teaching certification and M.Ed. in Special Education.

Mrs. Besselman is a Principal and the Director of Interior Design & Human Resources with Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates Architects in Mechanicsburg, PA. She is a graduate of Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School and earned a degree in Interior Design from Bradley Academy.   Tracy resides in Mechanicsburg with her husband David and their three children.

Karina is a senior at DCTS and is in the Health Careers program of study. Her home school is Susquehanna Township.  Karina works as a Dining Associate at Country Meadows.  Her plan after graduating from Dauphin County Technical School is to pursue pediatric nursing.

Heather Steavens-Jones is the owner of Central PA's family operated ALL-IN INSULATION & SPOUTING. Heather and her husband Nicholas Harbison started their company so they could change the insulation industry one person, family and home/business at a time. Heather and her family transplanted from Erie, PA in 2000 and she has 20 years purchasing experience. Heather obtained her B.S. and MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.

Heather donates her time to many local organizations including Shalom House. She knits, attends LIFE CENTER, plays with their two boxers LEO & BLESSINGS & is a self proclaimed legend in Texas Hold-Em tournaments. Heather is humbled to be the 2017 Colonial Park New Rotarian of the Year. She also the 2017 Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg's Chilli Cook Off Champion. Her greatest accomplishments are her three children Eric, Kyra and Jamie who is a senior at DCTS in the Masonry program.

Mrs. Patrea Womack is a Solution Specialist with Deloitte Consulting, LLP. Currently she serves as a member of the Central Dauphin School District Special Education Parent Advisory Committee. She earned dual B.S. degrees from the Towson State University in Speech and Mass Communications.  Mrs. Womack is very involved in her community and has served as a board member on various community and elementary, middle and high school organizations. She enjoys acting and has performed in productions with Theater Harrisburg and Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center. Mrs. Womack was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Harrisburg in 1989 where she resides with her husband, Scott. They are the parents of four children; two who graduated from DCTS.

Miss Maria J. Zaharick joined the staff at Dauphin County Technical School as Business Administrator in January 2002. She started her career at the Harrisburg office KPMG, LLP in October 1997 as an Assistant Accountant and also served a Supervising Senior Accountant for the firm. Miss Zaharick received her Master's Degree in School Business Leadership from Wilkes University in 2009, Bachelor's Degree from Shippensburg University in 1997 and her Certified Public Accountant license in October 2000.
